I thought the Hilton Columbus hotel was fantastic --- and I was in and out of the hotel for 3 days -- just for dinner! Not only was interior absolutely stunning, but the service I received was outstanding. I had a great experience because of the service. Location was super important. I highly recommend staying here. Plus, it's within walking distance of everything and a lot of great downtown neighborhoods. It’s a really incredible space --- top notch for huge crowds for the Arnold Expo.

I wasn’t staying at this specific hotel. I was here for the vet conference and we had a happy hour at the Sparks bar and me and my coworker enjoyed it so much we came back the next night just to see the staff. Everyone was so friendly and went out of their way to do something extra for us. This is the best experience we both have ever had at a bar and wish we lived closer so we could come more often just for the service and great conversations with every bartender there. Thank you guys so much for making us feel special.

Everything about this hotel is top notch. Rooms are super clean, everything is in perfect working condition, the rooms are modern and look very new or well maintained. The staff is friendly and go out of their way to help. The front desk associate stopped my check-in process and went into a perfectly detailed answer to my question about restaurant recommendations. She went above and beyond.

Excellent customer service. This hotel sets the tone for a wonderful day relaxing or exploring. It also sets the tone for bonding with friends and family. People were everywhere and yet I personally didn't hear one person complain about the hotel or its service. Many faces were smiling. I want to personally acknowledge Tiffany and Benny for great service.

Melissa M. at the Hilton front desk truly went above and beyond during our two-night stay. From the moment we arrived, she was incredibly knowledgeable, answering all of our questions with confidence and making the check out process smooth and stress-free. Her customer service was outstanding — she was friendly, professional, and genuinely seemed to care about making our stay enjoyable. She took the time to make sure we had everything we needed, offered helpful suggestions, and checked to ensure we were comfortable throughout our visit. Melissa’s attention to detail and positive attitude made a great stay even better, and she is a wonderful example of excellent hospitality.

I stayed on the 25th floor of the 402 building, and it had awesome views of the Arena District, including the arena and stadiums. The room was spacious, had several amenities including a mini-fridge and microwave, and everything was clean. I would highly recommend the hotel to anyone visiting the convention center, sports and music venues, or visiting the area in general. Valet was also easy and the service provided by them and the front desk was great. Will stay again!

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The room was spotless, comfortable, and thoughtfully set up. The staff was incredibly friendly and attentive, Amara made sure we had everything we needed. The atmosphere was relaxing, and the location was perfect for getting around easily. FYR had some great cocktails as well and I would come here just for a meal even if I don't stay at the hotel.

This hotel is perfectly located near many key tourist areas in Columbus. The hotel is huge and a bit of a maze but that's part of the fun. There are several restaurants and bars inside of the hotel and adjoining it and it's about a 3-minute walk to the arena to watch the Blue Jackets. Staff were great. Check-in was easy. We loved our stay.

We stayed here this weekend for a convention and were very impressed. The staff was nice and helpful to our inquiries. We were worried about parking but the staff helped us figure it out and ensure we'd have parking until we left for the day. Clean room and comfortable bed. I didn't hear any noise. Our room was not connected to the main building, which is my only complaint that it was a far walk from the main entrance but not a huge deal.

My wife and I recently stayed here with our 2-yr old daughter. The service we received was excellent, from the valet service to the front desk to the dining room, all aspects fantastic. We were also very happy with how nice the staff was to our daughter, offering her stickers, crayons, and little toys at the most opportune times. Would definitely stay here again!
