Best customer service I have experienced in many years. The staff for the Arnold Expo was top notch...and everywhere...doing everything! Held doors, make sure to keep a steady flow of hot coffee for breakfast. Stayed personable and friendly through every interaction and even allowed us to give feed back on some possible new drinks they would be offering in their Starbucks station on the second floor. The hotel was beautiful, great location and clearly well staffed. Thanks for a great stay

Rooms are nice. Very large, busy hotel. As a light sleeper, I usually have problems sleeping in hotels. Unfortunately we stayed in a room near the elevator shafts (there was a room between us and the elevators.... no clue how they could stand it) so it sounded like we were under a roller-coaster. Because it is such a large hotel, the elevator get a lot of use. Just request a room away from the elevators and you will be good.

Stayed here for Blue Jackets game. Can't beat the location - so close to Arena! Used reward night with points. The room was very nice and clean. King bed, little sofa with tables and a large TV. Lobby area is so spacious. Will definitely come back and hopefully use more amenities like the awesome-looking fitness area and hot tub.

Always a great experience with Hyatt. The staff working logistics moving meeting rooms and setting up meals were very helpful above all. It’s time we give them some love. Very professional staff and on the fly problems solvers. Managers give them some props they deserve it. For what I can see they work hard for your Hotel guest. Loved my experience with them.

I was staying here for a conference. The ease of parking and access to the convention center is so nice. The room was clean and super comfortable with a fantastic view of the Nationwide Arena district. It appeared to be newly remodeled and was very quiet. I cannot say enough about the friendliness of the staff at the front desk and the 2nd floor bar. Fantastic stay and I will be back again.

Rooms where clean, beds were on soft side, pillows were very soft. I enjoyed the bed, wife wasnt as comfortable. Great view out windows.

We were in town for a concert and the Hyatt was in walking distance of the venue and multiple delicious restaurants. Very clean rooms, I needed the front desk's and the Bellhop's help and they were so kind. The valet was very convenient and worth every penny as well! Nothing to do with the hotel, but if you forget something and order through an app (Instacart, doordash, etc) have them put it in your hand. Two different delivery apps did not follow explicit instruction requests in their apps, and due to not placing the items in the area the Hyatt has marked for deliveries, we did not get orders. Lesson learned

Our room was clean, comfortable, and well maintained, which we truly appreciated. However, the walls were surprisingly thin for a hotel of this quality. We were woken up around midnight by the guest in the next room having a normal phone conversation, and we could hear nearly every word despite him not speaking loudly. It was unexpected and disappointing given the overall standard of the property.

Just had a wonderful stay. Room was clean. TV remote was slow to respond, but everything else worked great. Nice bar, restaurant and coffee shop. Most importantly, the service at the front desk was wonderful! Busy night but wait was very short. Lots of people at the desk. Bianca checked us in and out, validated our parking, and helped us find something we had left behind. She was very helpful and friendly. We will stay here again next time we are in Columbus. The world would be a better place with more hotels like this Hyatt Regency. The rooms are in top shape, food from Big Bar on 2 is excellent, location is fantastic. What really sets this hotel apart to me though is the culture the management and employees have established. We came on Halloween and the entire staff was dressed up and having a great time - you could tell they all really care about the guest experience.. they even hosted karaoke and encouraged guests to partake.. we will be staying again!
