100% recommend.Great location. The rooms have no carpet and the cleanness is also a plus in this property, but the staff is the 5+ stars worth it. Marianna received us with smile enthusiasm and professionalism and made a great first impression.The bartender that also served us the dinner was another 5+ star. Food and drinks were delicious and we had a great stay. Marianna and Crish worked in great harmony making us feel not just another number to the hotel. Will definetly come back on our next trip to Columbus.

If a negative rating were possible, this stay would earn it. I travel frequently for work and choose where I stay. This property failed at the most basic level: guest security and management accountability. During my overnight stay, my truck (and several other vehicles) were broken into in the parking lot while a security guard was present on site. I arrived around 11:00 PM and was out by 6:00 AM, only to wake up to the damage and theft. Equally concerning is the complete lack of response from management. I have left multiple messages for the General Manager and have received no reply. Vehicle break-ins can happen anywhere, but ignoring guests afterward is unacceptable. Based on this experience, I cannot recommend staying here.

This hotel is very beautiful. The Russian lady at the front desk was very friendly. The employees said it was recently renovated. I ate dinner and had a couple drinks at the bar. The food was very good and the cocktails were perfect. I’ll definitely be staying here every time I’m in the area

I always choose to stay at this hotel primarily because of the exceptional service provided by Mariana at the front desk. She is extremely professional, courteous, and genuinely attentive. From the very first interaction, she demonstrates remarkable hospitality and a true commitment to guest satisfaction. Mariana is punctual, organized, and consistently willing to go above and beyond to resolve any situation. No matter the request or concern, she handles everything with efficiency, patience, and the utmost respect. Her calm demeanor and problem-solving skills create a sense of confidence and comfort that truly enhances the overall experience. I sincerely return to this hotel because of her. The receptionist, Miriam (I believe that was her name), was very kind and sweet we checked in on Friday 02/13/2026 I am only giving a 3 stars because of her professionalism and helpful attitude. Unfortunately, my overall experience at this hotel was awful. I was first given Room 228, but the television did not work. Since we hadn’t unpacked yet, we informed the front desk and we were moved to Room 303. However, the lighting in that room barely worked. The room felt very dark, and I could only charge my phone using an outlet in the restroom. It was definitely electrical wrong in that room. The floors were also messy and did not appear to have been mopped in weeks. Also no one to attend us when wanting to buy alcohol over the weekend. Also those elevators are sketchy, I got stuck in the elevator once, the doors wouldn’t open. Additionally, there was only one mirror in the room, located in the restroom. It was inconvenient having to wait for my partner to finish in the bathroom just to check my outfit. Many hotels provide an additional mirror in the main room, which would have been helpful. I’m not sure if the hotel is older and that’s why certain things weren’t functioning properly, but overall, the experience was disappointing.

I have been meaning to leave a review for this hotel for a while. I travel to Columbus for work quite frequently now due to a large on-going project. About 5 times in the last quarter of 2025 and some upcoming stays to come. Staff: Each time I have stayed at this at this hotel has been quite pleasant. From the very first interaction, they have provided top tier customer service at every opportunity. I have only ever been met with kindness, attentiveness and friendliness. Usually staying a week at a time, they've always provided amazing service and company. Often late night our team would huddle in the cafe area working on our project and Marianna and her team always made sure accommodations were up to par. Checking in with us to see if we need anything, even refreshing water after service hours. Over the many visits there, we built a repour and I never felt anything other than valued here. The staff here is very attentive and always in a positive mood. I can't say thank you enough to them! They make being away from home so much less stressful! I will continue to stay here through all my visits. Rooms/lounge and amenities: This hotel is so clean!! The lobby is super cute and ALWAYS smells AMAZING!!! They have a gym to get you through your stay. Rooms are always very clean and they are always so respectful of my items in the room during the refresh!! Beds are super comfy and the bedding is super flush! Honestly, for the quality of the rooms and premises, the rates are amazing! Surrounding Areas: There is so much to do, eat and see in this area. There are a lot of shops in the area and even a grocery store less than a mile. Starbucks and a gas station within a block. You really couldn't ask for a better area to stay in. it's right off the highway and about 20 minutes from the airport. Overall, Service + convenience + Quality will keep me coming back to this location every time!! Please book here!!! Marianna and her team will take care of you!!!

This was the worst hotel experience we've ever had. The moment we arrived, we were greeted by a receptionist who was neither welcoming nor friendly, and seemed almost rude. Our room was supposed to be a king-sized bed with a pull-out double sofa bed, but instead, it had two narrow twin beds that were hard and uncomfortable, resembling laying on a cold leather surface. The room featured laminate flooring that looked cheap and poorly maintained. Breakfast was served over an hour late and was ice cold, making it inedible. Overall, I would not recommend this hotel due to its poor service, uncomfortable accommodations, and lack of attention to detail.

This could rated much higher with some tweaks. Rooms are nice, updated, mini fridge, microwave, and coffee in room. Bathroom clean and modern. HOWEVER, there is a motion sensor light that can't be disabled for the bathroom. So in the middle of the night, boom, you're wide awake. Also, the bathroom has a barn door which does not close all the way, so you disturb the other people in the room who are trying to sleep. Also, not everyone is a side sleeper. There were 4 pillows on the bed and not one was meant for a back or stomach sleeper. Total fail.

We stayed for a OSU night game — overall great room, nice staff everything was good up until we went to leave apparently smash and grab thief’s have been targeting the area and no one bothered to tell the guests. 7 cars had windows smashed and items stolen. Don’t park on the back side of the hotel. Staff provided trash bags and a shop vac to clean up the glass.

The rooms were beautiful. They do not have carpet in the room which I loved. The bathroom was very nice. The bed was comfortable and the curtains made it very dark in the room. NOT SAFE! Our car personally got the window smashed along with about 10 others on the property. The hotels in the surrounding area also got hit. The cop estimated about 50 cars in the area. Come to find out that this happens so frequently (almost every night is what we were told) they have security that does parking lot sweeps but I guess it fell short that night. The hotel helped us clean it up. But we wish we would have known that it was an issue when we checked in so that we could have been more cautious. The thefts didn’t take anything of value. Left our GoPro, necklace, money and luxury jacket. But took important documents out of the car and over the counter medication. The front desk said that the thefts tend to look mainly for electronic and guns. We have a service dog and they were very understanding and gave us no issues.
