This undistinguished property balances affordable location with questionable cleanliness and inconsistent service. Guests praise the convenient area and decent dorms/rooms for the price, but the experience is frequently marred by dated interiors, hygiene issues, and an unprofessional front desk.

Room was pretty clean from what I saw, outdated TV’s and even more outdated showers and tubs but they got the job done. Clean sheets and pillows, the towels had some residue on them but nothing crazy, staff were decent although they had no options for a do not disturb and our room was serviced without our knowledge which I didn’t appreciate but they did a good job I guess , check in weren’t super inviting but got the job done with no hassle. The room did smell of smoke when we got in and it was advertised and even posted to be a non smoking room which was a pretty big deal, area was pretty shady and the place looks old and beat up from the outside, it was the cheapest hotel in the area and was a little overpriced because of the busy weekend, if it’s your only choice I would definitely go for it or even if you are tight on money it would be a good deal on a regular day. Overall the smoke was the only real issue but other than that you get what u payed for. 7/10

Foul odor in the room as if it was mopped with a spoiled mop. I could have requested for it to be mopped again or provided with materials to mop it myself I guess but I didn't care I was just there to sleep. Recovery of forgotten items I give them a five plus I forgot my glasses and they had them at the desk when I went back.

An adequate room for an adequate price. No frills and the room is a room. I brought my own bedding because… yeah, well. I docked a point on the rooms because the door stopped working multiple times (registered the key card as correct, but the hinge wouldn’t open… had to shake the door to get the mechanism to work, which was mildly alarming).

Worst hotel experience I’ve ever had. I was greeted at check-in by an extremely rude front-desk clerk who immediately interrogated me about how many people would be staying in the room. When I said “two,” he responded with, “What if I catch you with more?”—openly implying I was lying before I had even checked in. When we went to the room, we opened the door to find it completely filthy: trash everywhere, no sign of cleaning, and absolutely unacceptable conditions. When I returned to ask what was going on, the clerk simply said “they’ll clean it later,” as if giving guests a dirty room with garbage still inside is normal practice. To make matters worse, after speaking with him, he called several maintenance workers over. They stood there staring at us, creating an extremely uncomfortable and unsettling environment. Between the lack of basic hygiene, the unprofessional and confrontational staff, and the overall feeling of being unsafe, we immediately left and refused to stay. Avoid this place at all costs.

It’s that old saying….you get what you pay for. Mold all over the ceiling in the bathroom and a cracked tub. Faucets spreading water in every direction but down. Coffee maker and the try that its dits on appear to have not been cleaned in a very long time as well as the laminate floor. Very noisy and not a very friendly staff. Spend the extra 20 or 30 dollars and stay somewhere else.?

Stayed in room 27. Beds are harder than rocks and are actually unbuilt platform beds on a metal box. The room itself is very mismatched, the tv wouldn’t work without the Wi-Fi password that wasn’t given to us. The fan in the bathroom was so loud that we couldn’t use the light in the bathroom for fear those staying above us would complain. The ceilings in the bathroom and in the main room outside the bathroom are water damaged. The parking is convenient but that’s about the only thing that matches what they advertise on their site. After the terrible night’s sleep we had, we were more than ready to leave when the sun came up. Never again.

Very filthy room. Hairs in bathroom. Shower curtain had dye, blood or rust on it. The photo is a picture of my new socks after I walked on the floor for a few minutes. Unsanitary. Front desk man acted like I was bothering him any time I called ... before I arrived just wanted to know if there was a fridge ... guy was rude. Other than that, good location, fair price, close to G.V. ... if you don't want to spend much, and don't mind the dirt...it's OK. ( see photo)

The location is great, felt safe walking around during the late night hours. The hotel itself was not kept very clean and there was a smushed dead bug on our bathroom mirror. The hot water didn’t last very long and the room itself smelled musty and old. We booked a king bed online that was available, but when we got to check in, there were no king beds available anymore so we got downgraded to 2 double beds. Overall the location was great but that was the best part about this hotel. Not sure we’ll be returning.

Front desk service was ok. The interior is nicer than the exterior and does include a decent fridge and microwave. Only downside was the bed. It was very firm and creaky. While the bedsheets looked like they were washed, we did find hair from both the top part of the body and bottom part of the body. (Docked a star from that). Other than that it was a cheap and quick stay for the night.

The service team is reasonable, respectful, and responsive. The maid does an excellent job cleaning and prepping the rooms. This was an excellent bargain!
