I recently stayed at the Hilton Columbus at Easton in Columbus, OH, as I attended a day-long conference at this hotel. During my overnight stay + participation in the conference, I had SUCH a wonderful experience at this Columbus, OH Hilton. The hotel is beautifully designed, it is very well-maintained, and the overall atmosphere inside feels both upscale + welcoming. Also of note, the outside of this hotel is absolutely stunning, as it looks almost historic architecturally. When you arrive, the experience feels very upscale as a result of the outdoor + indoor atmospheres. The location of this Hilton is fantastic, especially if you plan to spend time at Easton Town Center. Being so close to Columbus' shopping + restaurants makes it incredibly convenient (while still feeling like a relaxing place to stay). Despite this hotel being in the heart of the Easton Town Center, it's still nice & quiet within this hotel's campus. My room was very comfortable + felt as though the space was thoughtfully designed. The hotel's common areas throughout the first floor lobby + bar area felt bright, stylish, and inviting. The staff I encountered throughout my visit were friendly and professional, which made the experience even better. One thing I especially appreciated was the 24-hour front desk. My arrival into Columbus ended up being much later than planned, but having a desk attendant available made the check-in process smooth & stress free. Also of note, the staff truly saved me during my stay, as I realized after getting to my room that I had forgotten to pack toothpaste, and the staff kindly brought some up to my room around 1:45 AM after I got checked-in and settled. This level of responsiveness and hospitality really stood out. Overall, this is a fantastic hotel option when visiting Columbus, and I would absolutely stay here again - I highly recommend the Hilton Columbus at Easton!!

This Hilton was great! Rose at the front desk was great. We had a team meeting in the Gahanna boardroom. Everything was great except the access to internet. They initially told me I had to pay for each member to connect. That was $18 per person. It didn't make sense because we all had rooms and could log in from our rooms but not the meeting room. Todd ending up bypassing the system so we could log in. Afterwards everything was great. The onsite market food was good and the employees were nice. Will definitely visit again.

I recently hosted an event at the Hilton at Easton, and it was one of the most organized and professional venues I’ve experienced in over 20 years in business. Every part of the process was smooth and convenient from planning the event with Krystin to being warmly welcomed by George and Heath on the day of the event. I have to give a very special thank you to George, because he truly deserves a platinum medal for customer service. As someone in the retail industry, customer service is everything to me, and the way I train my team is to treat customers like royalty and that is exactly how George treated us. He made sure I didn’t have to lift a finger. He checked on me constantly, made sure my family and I were fed, and handled every detail with professionalism and care. Even though I’m a workaholic, he made it easy to relax and trust that everything was handled. George was absolutely phenomenal. Honestly, I wish I had 100 Georges working in my business. George and Heath made sure my event started off beautifully, and their support meant everything. Hilton Easton thank you for having me. I will absolutely be back, and you will always be my first choice venue in Columbus, Ohio.

My recent stay at the Hilton Columbus at Easton was made absolutely exceptional because of one person Kristin at the front desk. From the moment we arrived, Kristin was warm, professional, and incredibly attentive. My family and I were navigating a particularly trying time, and she handled everything with such grace and compassion. It wasn’t just check-in service it was genuine care. She went above and beyond in ways that truly stood out. She even took the initiative to assist us with reservations when we needed support the most, making sure every detail was handled smoothly. That level of thoughtfulness is rare and speaks volumes about her character and dedication. Not only was she accommodating, but she was also incredibly knowledgeable about the area. She helped us confidently navigate around the city, offering guidance and recommendations that made our time in Columbus stress-free and enjoyable. Her positive energy and calm presence were exactly what we needed. Kristin is the definition of hospitality done right. She represents the Hilton brand at its highest standard professionalism, kindness, efficiency, and heart. Hilton is fortunate to have her. Because of Kristin , this stay will always stand out in our memories. Thank you for turning a challenging moment into a comforting experience.

I paid nearly $200 to stay in what felt like the double wide version of hotels. The room itself was clean and spacious and that’s where the “good” end. The walls…paper-thin. Noise travels easily…you could hear everything your neighbor says and does, oh and several guests a few doors down spent hours yelling/arguing late into the night. Multiple guests called the front desk, another guest actually confronted them, and hotel staff even showed up. None of it worked. Management didn’t involve the police until hours later and the guest still were not removed!! We weren’t able to sleep until after 2:00 a.m. At check out, I asked to speak with a manager about a partial refund due to the disruption. Instead, I was offered Hilton Honors points. I requested a manager call me directly…that was 2+ weeks ago…and no call back. For nearly $200 a night, this is unacceptable. I won’t stay here again. Stay anywhere else.

I don’t usually stay at Hilton‘s. I usually stay at Marriott just a few honest reviews 1. They charge you $12 a day to park in their parking lot 2. Your room has no temperature control unless it is hidden in some secret door I couldn’t find. 3. No smart TVs in the room which when you’re traveling, everybody knows is important. On a great note, the staff is amazing. The restaurants actually not bad and the pool and hot tub for a hotel is amazing.

Let me tell you, we had one hell of a weekend and the manager here (I believe her name was Kristina) made our experience truly memorable. She went out of her way to make us feel comfortable, despite being put under stress due to the crazy weather conditions. Everyone should stay here and get to experience her warmth. 10/10 Amazing staff and great food! Thank you!!

My recent visit to the Hilton Columbus at Easton was the worst hotel experience I have ever encountered. While the hotel itself is nice, the disorganization in operations and the lack of effective customer service significantly diminished my stay and negatively shaped my perception of the property. 1. Parking Issues and Lack of Communication: Upon arrival, I was not made aware by the valet staff that self-parking was an option. Instead, my car was automatically valet parked, incurring a charge of $30 for the day. It was only through conversation with another guest on the second night that I learned self-parking was available. This lack of clear communication resulted in unnecessary charges and confusion. 2. Disruptive Housekeeping Incident: On the last night of my stay—Christmas Day—I was unexpectedly awakened in the middle of the night by a knock at my door from a housekeeping staff member. This interruption was especially frustrating as I was aiming to get adequate rest before my drive home the following morning. Believing the late-night knock to be urgent, I answered the door, only to be told by the employee that I was not supposed to be in the room. This was surprising, given that I had checked into this room and was not scheduled to check out until the next day. Rather than addressing the matter internally, the staff member instructed me to contact the front desk myself, highlighting a lack of accountability and poor internal communication. 3. Billing Problems and Unmet Promises: During the check-out process, I discovered several discrepancies on my bill. I was charged for valet parking every day of my stay, despite only using this service on the first night—when I had not been informed of the self-parking option. Additionally, at check-in, I was told I would receive a $15 per person per day Hilton Food & Beverage Credit for breakfast. However, upon check-out, I was denied this credit, with staff now claiming I was not eligible. The only reason I chose to eat breakfast at the hotel was because of this promised credit; otherwise, I would have opted for one of the many nearby dining options, as the food at the hotel was unremarkable. This inconsistency between what was promised and what was delivered was disappointing. 4. Erroneous Charges After Departure: After returning home and reviewing my credit card statement, I found that the hotel had charged me twice for my stay. This now means that I have to interact with hotel staff again to resolve yet another mistake. I was only prompted to check my statement due to the multiple errors during my stay, which had eroded my trust in the hotel's ability to manage its operations accurately. Ordinarily, I would not have checked my statement so closely, but the repeated issues compelled me to verify the charges.

Staying at this hotel felt like checking into a very polite shrug. The service existed, technically, but with the enthusiasm of someone counting minutes until their shift ends. Requests were met, eventually, and smiles appeared, occasionally, like rare sightings of wildlife. Nothing was rude, nothing was warm—it was hospitality set to low power mode. The room itself was the definition of “normal.” The bed was a bed, the TV was a TV, and the décor seemed designed by a committee that feared strong opinions. Everything worked, which deserves credit, but nothing impressed. It was the kind of room that leaves your memory as soon as you turn off the lights, like a hotel room generated by an algorithm labeled “safe.” Where this Fairfield truly redeems itself is location. I stayed for a concert, and the hotel was only a short, painless drive from the venue. That convenience did a lot of heavy lifting for the overall experience. After a loud, energetic night, it was nice to know a clean, predictable room was waiting nearby. In the end, hotel isn’t a destination—it’s a pause button. You won’t be wowed, you won’t be offended, and you probably won’t remember much about it. But if you need a decent place to sleep near an event, it gets the job done, quietly, efficiently, and with minimal personality intact overall.

What a wonderful hotel!! So clean and the staff is so courteous and thoughtful! Hotel restaurant is on point as well. The location is perfect. Not many hotels receive 5 stars from me, but this one exceeded all expectations when I had to travel with family to see family for Thanksgiving.
